Our on-site freezers are stocked with a variety of individual beef cuts, from steaks and roasts to ground beef and more. Come and take home what you need for your next delicious meal.

If you know what cuts you'd like or prefer a more convenient option, consider pre-ordering. Simply get in touch with us by phone or email to discuss your desired cuts and quantities. We'll prepare your order, and you can schedule a convenient time to pick it up directly from the farm.

WHOLESALE (WHOLES, HALVES, QUARTERS)

For families or individuals looking to stock their freezers with a larger quantity of high-quality Angus beef, our wholesale options offer excellent value. You can purchase a whole, half, or quarter of a beef, customized to your cutting preferences through our partnership with a local processor.

Brock Farms Freezer Beef has a website containing all of our current inventory available with a few clicks and online checkout! You can put together your ideal bundle online to reserve your favorites, and then stop by to pick them up from us at the farm!

wholesale: Wholes, Halves & Quarters

We know how nice it is to have a fully stocked freezer that enables you to have flexibility in your meal planning! We offer a variety of options for you to be able to do just that. When you are ready to secure your wholesale purchase, contact us to discuss your options and any custom cuts you desire.

Things to Remember:

  • All steaks will come vacuum packed - 1 steak to a package.

  • Our beef is dry-aged for 21 days before it is expertly cut, vacuum sealed, and frozen. This aging process allows natural enzymes to break down muscle fibers, resulting in rich, tender, and full-flavored beef that stands out from the rest.
